  • We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please review the following:

    • Cancellation & Refund: All sales are final. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know as soon as possible at support@aiyowah.com, and we’ll do our best to cancel and refund it. Please include your order number. 

    • Incorrect Shipments: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered -- such as the wrong product or size -- and the error is on our side, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@aiyowah.com. We will then provide you with detailed shipping instructions for returning the incorrect item. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.

    • Damaged Goods: We package and ship your order with the utmost care; however, we are not responsible for any damage incurred after delivery. If an item is returned with damage that appears to be due to mishandling or intentional damage, the return will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is an issue that we can address. 

    • Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer product exchanges at this time due to our limited stock and shipping logistics. 

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@aiyowah.com.  

     

    Cancellation: Orders that have not yet been dispatched are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. 

     

    Amendments: If you need to update details such as your shipping address, please request the changes as soon as possible. Note we can not amend details such as order size and color. For that, cancelation is required. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any amendments or issue refunds.

     

    We encourage you to contact us right away if you have any questions or concerns, as prompt requests help us ensure we can accommodate any changes before your order is shipped.

  • We work hard to ensure that our product descriptions -- including sizing and color details -- are as accurate as possible using our sizing charts and visuals. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the order details. If you realize a mistake before your order is processed or shipped, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one. However, once your order enters production or is out for delivery, changes cannot be made. Please reach out to our support team at support@aiyowah.com immediately if you encounter any issues with your order.

  • Please double-check your email and shipping details during checkout. Once an order is processed, it’s shipped using the information provided. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@aiyowah.com so we can attempt to update the details before the order is finalized. If the incorrect information isn’t corrected in time and the package is lost or rendered undeliverable, we cannot be held responsible -- lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Yes, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@aiyowah.com. We'll do our best to change the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order is in transit, unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments.

  • Aiyowah ships worldwide to most countries. We’re proud to serve customers around the globe by offering both domestic and international shipping. However, if you’re unable to check out due to shipping limitations, it means we are currently unable to ship to your location -- this could be due to local carrier restrictions or other shipping limitations.

     

    Import Duties, Taxes & Handling Fees: Domestic taxes are included in your order total. For international shipments, additional customs fees (such as import duties, local taxes, and handling fees) may be charged upon delivery. These extra charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and buyers are responsible for them.

     

    Shipping Times: Please be aware that international orders may take longer to arrive than domestic orders due to longer transit routes and customs clearance processes. 

  • We ship to the following regions:

    European Union countries (Germany, United Kingdom, France)

  • Domestic Orders: Orders placed within Virginia include applicable sales tax in the total. For customers in other U.S. states, no sales tax is charged at checkout.

     

    International Orders: Orders shipped outside the USA may incur additional customs fees -- such as import duties, local taxes, or handling fees -- which are applied by your destination country’s customs upon delivery. These extra charges are not included in our listed prices or shipping fees, so buyers are responsible for any local fees.

  • Once your order is successfully processed, our system automatically sends a confirmation email. Please check your inbox -- and don’t forget your spam, junk, or promotions folders -- if you don’t see it. If you still can’t find a confirmation email, please contact our support team to verify that your order has been received.

  • If you are not home, the courier may leave your package in a secure location at your provided shipping address -- such as the front, side, or back porch; a garage; or with a trusted neighbor or leasing office (a notice will be left indicating where it was placed). If you know you'll be away, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange to hold the package at a local access point for pickup.

  • Domestic (USA): Orders are generally delivered within 4 to 8 working days on the East Coast. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

     

    International: Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended due to transit and customs processing.

     

    Pre-Orders: For items labeled as "Pre-Order" (products not yet produced), delivery may take up to 3 months.

     

    Holiday Periods: Please note that deliveries may take longer during peak holiday seasons. 

  • All orders are shipped from Springfield, VA, USA. Currently, we use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. For international orders, we may use an alternative shipping service, such as DHL. Domestic shipping costs are calculated based on weight, while international shipping employs a flat-rate, per region, pricing structure.

  • Contact Support: If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us immediately at support@aiyowah.com so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.

     

    Check Tracking: In many cases, a package that appears lost is simply delayed or misplaced and will be delivered once located.

     

    Delivery Confirmation: If our records show that the carrier delivered your package, please reach out to the carrier directly for further assistance.

  • If your tracking indicates that your package was dropped at your front door but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

    • Check Your Surroundings: Look around your property and ask neighbors to confirm whether the package was left with them or in a secure area (such as a porch, garage, or leasing office).

    • Wait for Final Delivery: On occasion, the courier may still be in possession of your package and will deliver it later the same day.

    • Contact the Courier: If your package remains missing, please start a claim with the courier to investigate; note that this process can take 7-10 business days.

    • Reach Out for Assistance: If you still need help after contacting the courier, please get in touch with us at support@aiyowah.com.

  • No, you do not need an Aiyowah account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. While creating an account gives you access to order history and shipment status, you're welcome to complete your purchase without one. If you have any questions about your order status later, simply contact support.

  • Accounts are created during the checkout process. You can choose to check out as a guest or register for an account. Creating an account gives you access to features like order tracking and the ability to save wishlists -- it’s simply a convenience and not a membership. You can also sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about future products and special deals.

  • At checkout, you'll find a field for your discount code in the top right-hand corner of the order screen. Remember, discount codes cannot be combined -- only one per order is allowed.

  • Once your order is processed, we're unable to retroactively apply a discount or adjust your payment. Additionally, only one discount code can be used per order. If you're experiencing issues with your discount code, it might have expired or been used incorrectly. Please contact support for further assistance.

  • We accept major credit cards -- including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover -- through our integrated payment system. Additionally, you can complete your purchase using PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • Depending on your web browser and cookies settings, your cart may be available for up to two weeks whether or not you are logged into your customer account. Please note that the products in your cart are not reserved.

  • Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete your purchase. This means that if an item becomes out of stock while it's still in your cart, the availability status will update in real time. At checkout, if an item is no longer available, you'll be notified and prompted to remove it from your order or choose an alternative. We recommend completing your order promptly to secure your desired items.

  • If we made a mistake, we'll investigate the issue and do our best to fix it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@aiyowah.com. We will then provide you with detailed shipping instructions for returning the incorrect item. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.

     

    Please note that we do not offer product exchanges at this time due to our limited stock and shipping logistics. 

  • You can easily unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every email we send. If you experience any issues with this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@aiyowah.com.

  • Our custom cut clothing is typically manufactured in China and then finished in Los Angeles or at Aiyo HQ in the USA to ensure top quality. We strive to source and produce our products entirely in the USA whenever possible. Each product’s label clearly indicates its country of manufacture.

  • At the moment, we do not offer phone support. If you have any questions or need assistance while placing an order, please email us at support@aiyowah.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please contact us at support@aiyowah.com. Include as many details as possible about your question or issue to help us assist you effectively. We generally respond within two business days.
